Cancellation and Refund Policy
At AG IAS, we are dedicated to providing high-quality educational services and ensuring a satisfactory learning experience for all our students. We value transparency and fairness in all our dealings. However, if a student wishes to cancel their admission or request a refund, the following policy will apply:
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing the order or confirming admission. Requests received beyond this time frame may not be considered for cancellation.
If a student cancels their admission within 12 hours of the commencement of the course, a deduction of 20% of the total course fee will be applicable. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
If a cancellation request is made within 7 days from the date of admission, the student will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total course fee. Applicable administrative or processing charges, if any, may be deducted.
In case a cancellation request is submitted after 7 days from the date of admission, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
Fee paid for online courses, digital programs, recorded lectures, or any form of digital content are non-refundable, once access has been provided. This is due to the immediate availability and consumable nature of such content.
All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be credited through the original mode of payment or any other method deemed appropriate by AG IAS.
Course fee are non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against any other course, student, or future enrollment, unless expressly approved by the management.
Any exceptions to the above policy shall be considered solely at the discretion of AG IAS management. Supporting documentation may be required in such cases.
